Hi there! I'm Dani and I am the owner of Palettes Gone Wild, where I bring the fun of art to your event through mobile art parties and art kits.

I love the fun and joy that art brings to our lives. I have been an elementary and middle school art teacher since 2004 and have began teaching paint parties in 2011. I established Palettes Gone Wild in 2024.

I am excited to see where Palettes Gone Wild will go! Will it be to your team building event, a birthday party or some other special event?

Aside from teaching art I also practice making art.

Portraits

My all time favorite subject to draw and paint is portraiture. I just love the challenge of closely studying my subject and attempting to draw or paint every last detail. I see beauty in everyone and love to capture it in my art.

Nutcrackers

I have so much fun creating themed nutcrackers. It all started with a white elephant holiday gift exchange. The Seahawks were on their way to the Superbowl and I thought a Seahawks themed nutcracker would be a fun gift idea. It turned out that everyone loved it and was stealing it from each other during the gift exchange. I created a themed nutcracker for this gift exchange for many years to follow. I sold a few custom themed nutcrackers.

Painted Chairs

This chair and cabinet was a commissioned piece. I really think everything needs a coat of paint with some fine art on it! My twin sister and I started Painted Chairs Etc. We have painted many custom chairs over the years.

Photography

Like drawing and painting portraits, I just love capturing the beauty I see in people, places and things! I love to play with my camera settings to create special effects and try out various editing features with my photos. I have done senior portraits, children's portraits and pet portraits.
